North Carolina... Here we come!

Day 2:

Today we got up and had some yummy "Free Continental Breakfast" then headed out for day 2 of road tripping.... Our first stop was Seiverville, Mommy and Grammy were ready to do some shopping!... We went to an outlet mall.... but it ended up not being too fabulous..... There were a couple good finds at the Baby Gap.... but after a few stores I was done and kept YELLING NO NO NO every time we would start heading into a store...... This was the sky as we were driving through the Smoky Mountains.... It was very pretty!...

Eventually, we made it to North Carolina! Yay a new state for me.... Gnomie was not in the mood to have his picture taken.... I think Mommy woke him up from a nap.....

Today I mostly slept a lot.... And when I wasn't sleeping I was eating junkfood and playing with my treasures in the toybox.....

Mommy, Grammy, & I were getting sleepy so we stopped in a little town called Hickory.... Grammy picked the Red Roof Inn.... She's stayed in them lots of times and they're usually decent and pretty affordable....... So we got all of our stuff unloaded, my crib set up, our jammies on................................ Then Grammy had to potty....... And we discovered the crime scene!.... That may sound like a crazy exaggeration, but it's so not..... There were mysterious splatters ALL over the bathroom, the door jamb, tub face, and even the ceiling...... I couldn't figure out why Grammy & Mommy wouldn't let me walk around anywhere...... In the morning we had a chat with the manager and he agreed that it was horrifying and didn't charge us for the room.... Which was smart because the photos would have been leaked to the media had something not been done! Mommy's leaving the photo small so that no one will barf...... it was pretty dang nacky.... We got away from there as quick as we could...... And drove all the way to my Hannah and Auntie Chenara's house!..... I was soo happy to see them!....
